WellSpan Health is seeking a Part-Time Utilization and Case Management RN to support a patient-centered care model on day shift. You will work with social work and care teams to determine the most efficient use of resources and coordinate discharge planning, including DME, home health, and IV antibiotics.

The role requires acute care experience, active RN licensure, and knowledge of utilization management principles.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years recent acute care experience required.
• RN license required on hire; multi-state license preferred.
• Basic Life Support required; Case Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews assigned patients for medical necessity and appropriateness of setting for continued hospitalization.
