Qualifications

• High School Graduate is required.
• 3 or more years broad administrative/secretarial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of contractual reimbursement methodology is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality for patients, staff, and providers.
• Communicate information to Case Managers and staff regarding referrals.
• Screen and route calls and messages to appropriate staff.
• Verify benefits with payers as requested by the Case Manager.
• Assist with transition of care and discharge planning logistics.
• Support RN, CM and SW team in planning and coordinating services.
