Job summary

The Waters is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant (RA) to support residents with daily living activities under nurse supervision. You will provide personal care, assist dining, and help with homemaking while delivering compassionate customer service and respect.

You will chart daily health changes, collaborate with the care team, and perform other duties as assigned. Prior CNA/RA experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is recommended; English literacy and basic computer skills

Qualifications

• High-school diploma preferred.
• One year nursing/resident assistant care experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.
• Basic computer skills with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring.
• Assist residents in dining.
• Provides homemaking tasks.
• Responds to and reports changes in health status and resident plan of care.
• Completes thorough daily charting.
• Collaborates with other team members to deliver The Waters Way.
• Other duties as assigned.
