Job summary

Silverado in St. Charles, IL is hiring Caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. This role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day.

You’ll perform daily living activities, build relationships with residents and families, and document care while reporting changes to the nursing team. Full-time PM shift, Wednesday–Sunday; anticipated pay range $19–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Anticipated pay range: $19 USD - $21 USD
