Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Caregiver to assist a client in West Seattle, WA. You will help with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and companionship in a home setting.

The role requires ability to follow a care plan, communicate with family and nurses, and perform light housekeeping while ensuring a clean, safe environment. CPR and background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association preferred/required as applicable.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable.
• Able to work independently and follow a care plan.
• Comfortable with meal preparation and basic housekeeping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties.
• Successful background check and reference verification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and recommended activities.

Position Details

Location: West Seattle, WA
Position: Part-Time Caregiver
Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Part-time; scheduling details discussed during the interview

What You'll Do

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobility

• Assist with ambulation inside and outside the home
