Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Caregiver to join our Everett, WA team. You will provide personalized in-home care focused on comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meals, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. Afternoon shifts offer competitive pay and opportunities for training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver is required.
• CPR certification preferred/required as applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, bathing, and mobility.
• Assist with ambulation and safe movement inside and outside the home.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and activities.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with shopping or errands when needed.
• Monitor and communicate changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Communicate with the client, family, nurses, and care team.

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care –is looking for a compassionate, dependable Part-Time Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Everett, WA.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in supporting a client's comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Location: Everett, WA
Position: Part-Time Caregiver
Schedule: Afternoon shifts
Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment

What You'll Do

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, bathing, and mobility

• Assist with ambulation and safe movement inside and outside the home

• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements

• Provide medication reminders as directed

• Assist with prescribed exercises and activities

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement

• Perform light housekeeping

• Assist with shopping or errands when needed

• Monitor and communicate changes in the client's condition or behavior

• Communicate with the client, family, nurses, and care team

What We're Looking For

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required

• CPR certification from the American Heart Association preferred/required as applicable

• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable

• Able to work independently and follow a care plan

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with meal preparation and basic housekeeping

• Physically able to perform caregiving duties

• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification

• Must be available for afternoon shifts
