Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver to join our team. The role provides hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like setting, and involves helping with daily living activities while promoting independence.

You will work with a compassionate team across our California communities, maintain clean spaces, and participate in life enrichment activities. CNAs preferred; 18+ years old; HS diploma required; full-time and part-time options with benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a HS diploma/GED.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident’s rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence, dignity and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engage residents in life skills and life enrichment activities.
