Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a caring and reliable Caregiver to join our team in California. You will support residents with daily living activities, help maintain independence, and promote dignity and safety in a warm community environment.

Qualified applicants have a High School diploma or GED, and CNA certification is preferred. We value strong communication, teamwork, and a patient, compassionate approach to seniors. EOE D/V

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.

Education

High School diploma / GED

Certified Nurse’s Aide certification
