Job summary

Right at Home is seeking caring Home Health Aides (HHA) or Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes in Terre Haute, IN. Training is provided and ongoing development is available to help you grow in your role.

You’ll perform daily living activities, manage basic health tasks under supervision, and build meaningful relationships with clients while enjoying flexible schedules and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have compassionate care mindset and the ability to work in clients' homes.
• Must have six months HHA/PCA healthcare experience or completed approved training.
• CPR certification is recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Support with mobility, ambulation, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Help with vital signs and basic health monitoring as directed by a nurse.
• Provide patient-centered care and maintain a safe home environment.
• Follow care plans and communicate changes to supervisors.
