FirstLight Home Care of West St. Paul is seeking compassionate caregivers for a part-time role serving the White Bear Lake and Hugo areas.

We provide a supportive environment, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive paid training to help you deliver high-quality in-home care. As a Personal Care Assistant you will assist with bathing, mobility, transfers, continence care, oral hygiene, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.

• Ability to follow directions (verbal and written) and manage job demands.
