Job summary
FirstLight Home Care of West St. Paul is seeking an attentive Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home personal care and support with activities of daily living in clients' homes.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
- Personal Care Training Program certification and competency.
- Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care per care plan.
- Assist clients in and out of bed and with mobility using safe practices.
- Support walking with walkers or wheelchairs as needed.
- Plan, prepare, and assist with meals; provide feeding as required.
- Give medication reminders and monitor changes in condition.
- Document services and report changes to supervisor.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Provide homemaker and companion services.
