Job summary

Griswold Care for the Greater Twin Cities is hiring a part-time caregiver to support seniors around Circle Pines. You will provide non-medical elderly care, companionship, and help with daily tasks in clients' homes, offering flexible day and night shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, bathing, and feeding. Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical elderly care and companionship.
• Assist with laundry, groceries, and meal preparation.
• Support personal hygiene, bathing, and feeding.
• Offer companionship to clients with dementia or cognitive impairments.
• Complete shift documentation and communicate with the office.
• Help clients maintain independence and quality of life.
