Job summary

Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / CNA for the AM shift on a part-time basis. The role offers hourly pay between $17.50 and $20.69 plus a CNA premium of $0.75 per hour, with a 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with morning routines, including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident’s individual service plan.
• Support residents with meals and other daily activities.
• Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively to residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other members of the Touchmark team.
