Job summary

Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton, WI is seeking compassionate Caregivers/CNAs for the AM shift on a full-time basis. You will assist residents with daily living activities, morning routines, meals, mobility, and documentation per care plans.

Wisconsin CNAs are preferred; HS diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and teamwork are valued. Join a team dedicated to dignity, respect, and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred; caregivers without CNA certification are encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents with morning routines, meals, hydration, and personal care.
• Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergency pendants.
• Assist with walking, transfers, and transportation to meals, activities, and appointments.
• Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living environments.
• Accurately document care and services provided according to care plans.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being.
