The role emphasizes compassionate care, effective communication with families, and participation in daily routines including dining and activities. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Clear and compassionate communication with residents and families.
• Reliable and dependable in a caregiving role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes while supporting safety and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
