Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks a compassionate caregiver to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with activities of daily living, enabling them to maintain their dignity. This part-time, third-shift role focuses on reminders for medications, bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.

You will document daily logs, follow supervisor instructions, and provide emotional and social support while respecting confidentiality and resident independence.

Qualifications

• At least one year of senior care experience.
• Proficient in English for duties and emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required by state.
• Ability to work in a team and manage tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services.
• Follow supervisor-approved schedules and resident needs.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily care logs and report issues to supervisor.
• Respect resident independence, confidentiality, and dignity.
