Job summary

Silverado Encinitas, a memory care innovator, is hiring Caregivers to provide hands‑on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. This part‑time role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship‑building to create meaningful moments every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other conditions preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communication in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.

• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

Schedule: Part Time, AM shift, Sunday and Monday

Anticipated pay range: $22 – $24 USD
