LiveWell Homecare Agency is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on support with ADLs, follow care plans, and promote safety and dignity for residents in Illinois. You will engage residents, support dining, and maintain a clean environment, with specialized memory care activities as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow individualized service plans and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence; engage residents through conversations and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
