Visiting Angels in Jasper, Indiana is seeking a Part Time Caregiver to support local seniors. This role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid training, and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, transportation for errands, companionship, cooking, and medication reminders. Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and be available at least one weekend per month.

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience required; HHA/CNA experience welcomed.
• TB Skin Test paid by Visiting Angels.
• Valid Driver's License and active automobile insurance.
• Dependable vehicle for shifts and client transport.
• Background check required; weekend work at least one weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Bathing assistance and dressing
• Toileting assistance
• Transferring clients safely
• Light housekeeping (dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, laundry, dishes)
• Provide basic companionship and transport for errands
• Assist with cooking and medication reminders

Part Time Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Bathing

Part Time Caregiver Requirements:

• Anyone with a previous HHA or CNA experience is welcome, however no experience is necessary.
• TB Skin Test (Paid for by Visiting Angels)
• Valid Driver's License
• Active, Current Automobile Insurance
• Dependable vehicle for to and from shifts and transporting clients.
• Must be able to pass a background check and able to work at least one weekend a month.
