Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking an in-home caregiver to serve clients in the Saint Cloud area of Minnesota. Earn $18.00 per hour with potential up to $20.00 when CNA certification is achieved, with opportunities after five months.

We offer part-time or full-time schedules, weekly pay, paid time off, and support for education advancement including free CNA classes. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with personal cares.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs as needed.
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits.
• Ensure documentation is complete and in compliance.
• Provide errands and transportation with own vehicle.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares
• Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years, personal vehicle to use during shift
• Clean driving record
