Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Avon, MN is hiring a part-time CNA/Caregiver. The role offers $18/hour for Caregivers and $20–$21/hour for CNAs, with a wage increase to $20/hour after CNAs certify through the training program after 5 months of employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

• Experience providing personal care.
• Clean driving record; at least 3 years licensed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs as needed.
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits.
• Ensure required documentation is complete and in compliance.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client.

The starting wage is $18/hour for Caregivers and $20-$21/hour for CNAs. After 5 months of employment, Caregivers are eligible to enroll in our CNA training program and will receive a wage increase to $20/hour upon certification.
