Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Minnesota is hiring an evening in-home health aide. Primary hours would be from 3pm to 10pm with additional hours available if interested.

Starting wage is $18/hour for Caregivers and $20-$21/hour for CNAs. After 5 months, Caregivers may enroll in our CNA training program and will receive a wage increase to $20/hour upon certification. Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care, mealtime support, light housekeeping, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with all personal care needs as needed.
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client.
