Job summary

Sigma HomeCare is seeking Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one support for a client in the Macomb area. The role welcomes compassionate individuals who enjoy building relationships, companionship, and helping clients stay independent at home.

This part-time afternoon position offers starting pay between $16.00 and $18.40 per hour, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling. Training, mileage reimbursement, and 24/7 caregiver support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with GPS capability.
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Prepare light meals and snacks.
• Assist with mobility and safety supervision.
• Help with household tasks and organization.
• Accompany clients on walks, errands, or recreational activities.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Document care provided during each shift.
