Sigma HomeCare is hiring in Northville, MI for in-home caregiving roles including Caregiver, CNA, HHA and PCA. We support seniors and adults with disabilities with one-on-one care in their homes, offering flexible schedules and ongoing training.

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.40 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit, plus benefits like mileage reimbursement and 24/7 caregiver support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID; reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with GPS capability.
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Help clients with daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands when appropriate.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Complete care documentation and report client updates.
