Sigma HomeCare is seeking dependable Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and Home Health Aides in the Macomb, MI area for part-time afternoon shifts. Join a team focused on companionship, daily living support, and enabling clients to live safely at home.

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.40 per hour, with weekly pay, paid training, and flexible scheduling. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and provide 1:1 client care with supportive leadership.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with GPS capability.
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Prepare light meals and snacks.
• Assist with mobility and safety supervision.
• Help with household tasks and organization.
• Accompany clients on walks, errands, or recreational activities.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Document care provided during each shift.
