Job summary

Right at Home Twin Cities & South Suburbs is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide companionship and personal care in clients' homes across the Twin Cities and South Suburbs.

Flexible part-time hours and short shifts help you fit caregiving into your life. Starting at $18/hour, caregivers enjoy local client matching within 10 miles, a supportive office team, and benefits like PTO, AFLAC options, and a 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to complete a TB test.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities.
