Job summary

hce-careers in Buckingham Township, PA is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to provide flexible in-home senior support for a male client with dementia. You’ll assist with personal care, meals, mobility, medication reminders, and meaningful companionship, with opportunities to advance to full-time work or CNA certification.

Flexible schedule includes weekdays, evenings, and weekends, designed for students, parents, or semi-retirees.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to earn within 30 days.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Experience as caregiver/HHA/PCA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care with Dignity: bathing, grooming, dressing, safe transfers.
• Healthy Meals & Homes: prepare simple meals, tidy living spaces, light laundry.
• Daily Mobility & Exercise: assist with gentle walks or stretches.
• Medication Reminders: keep client on schedule and note changes.
• Meaningful Companionship: conversation, games, or outings to appointments and shops.
