Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Annandale, MN is hiring a part-time caregiver for daytime shifts. Starting wage is $18/hour for caregivers and $20–$21/hour for CNAs. After 5 months, caregivers may enroll in a CNA training program with a wage increase to $20/hour upon certification.

Benefits include flexible scheduling around availability, weekly pay, PTO, and opportunities for education advancement. Free CNA classes may be offered if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs as needed.
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits.
• Ensure required documentation is complete and in compliance.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client.
