Duly Health and Care in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a part-time scheduler/registration professional. You will handle patient appointments, demographics data entry, and insurance verification onsite in a patient‑centered environment.

Part Time: 24 Hours Shifts Available: 3 - 8 hour shifts Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Training Schedule: Downers Grove, Illinois Week 1: Onsite Monday 8:30am - 5:00pm, WFH Tuesday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Under the Direction of the Department Supervisor and/or Manager, this position is responsible for accurate and timely patient scheduling and registration. Provides efficient, effective, quality customer service through a variety of duties including, but not limited to: Appointment scheduling; the collection and entry of patient demographics, and verification of coverage. Maintains the strictest patient confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA guidelines. Responsible for the accurate, timely, and comprehensive registration and insurance verification of Duly health and Care patients.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $18 - $20 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
