CompHealth, a leader in healthcare staffing, seeks an experienced thoracic surgeon to cover clinic and surgery duties in Hawaii. The role features part-time commitment, with clinic 2 days/week and surgery 1 day/week, including elective and urgent cases.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years post-training experience
• Advanced VATS and robotic surgery skills
• Thoracic, esophageal, and thoracic oncology focus

Responsibilities

• Part-time — 1 week per month commitment
• Clinic 2 days/week with 40 min consults, 20 min follow-ups
• Surgery 1 day/week with blocked time plus urgent and add-on cases
• 10-12 elective and urgent cases per month
• Shared call coverage for thoracic cases
