Global Medical Staffing is seeking a locums thoracic surgeon to cover a Hawaii assignment. You will perform surgery 1 day per week with blocked time and handle urgent/add-on cases, averaging 10–12 cases monthly including elective, thoracic oncology, and esophageal procedures.

The role requires advanced VATS and robotic capabilities, 2–5 years post-training, and a shared call schedule limited to thoracic cases. Travel and housing are prepaid by the employer.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years post-training experience required.
• Advanced VATS and robotic surgery skills required.

Responsabilités

• Surgery 1 day per week — blocked time plus urgent and add-on cases
• 10–12 cases per month — elective and urgent
• General thoracic, esophageal, and thoracic oncology only
• Shared call — covers thoracic only
