Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas.
• CPR and ACLS certifications required.
• Preferred 1–3 years of clinical experience in a hospital cardiac telemetry, telemetry, or ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise exercise sessions and monitor ECG during rehabilitation.
• Assess patient vitals and respond to abnormal findings.
• Educate patients and families on heart-healthy lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate care with cardiologists and other health professionals.
• Provide immediate ACLS-based emergency response if needed.
