Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking part-time merchandisers to stock and organize Hallmark products across retail stores. The role requires frequent store visits, basic computer/handheld device use, and flexibility to work around holidays. Training is provided, including live and virtual sessions.

Paid training and voluntary benefits are offered for part-time employees, with annual pay increases. Availability to travel to assigned stores and be on-site during scheduled hours is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Able to read, write and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently
• Able to use a handheld device to read documents and information
• Have reliable transportation to travel to stores

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in-store using a handheld device; communicate with supervisor and complete merchandising tasks.
• Holiday support: seasonal hours with potential weekend work around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations and setup of Hallmark displays and fixtures, often with two weeks’ notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with the field network of merchandisers to support other teams as needed
