Job summary

Planet 13 Florida is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in West Palm Beach South to join our team. The role focuses on education, awareness, and client solutions, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet customers, verify IDs, discuss product recommendations based on physician’s recommendations, and use the MMUR in dispensing products. Training is provided; prior cannabis experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience involving direct patient/customer interaction.
• 21 years or older and able to pass drug test and Level 2 Florida background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide information and necessary services to customers.
• Verify customer ID and cannabis card status.
• Discuss and make appropriate product recommendations to customers based on their physician’s recommendation.
• Access and properly utilize the state’s Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) in dispensing product to customers.
• Dispense medication and collect payment via POS register, or upon delivery, in the form of approved payment methods.
• Maintain all online pick-up orders and more
