Planet 13 is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in Tallahassee, FL. You will provide excellent customer service, educate customers on cannabis products, verify IDs, and process payments. Training is provided; no prior cannabis experience is required. Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks. Competitive pay with part-time hours and growth opportunities.

You will greet customers, make product recommendations, and ensure compliance with MMUR protocols during dispensing and sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ prior customer service experience involving direct patient/customer interaction.
• 21 years or older.
• Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide information to customers.
• Verify customer ID and cannabis card status.
• Discuss and recommend products based on physician’s recommendation.
• Access and utilize the MMUR in dispensing products to customers.
• Dispense medication and collect payment via POS or delivery.
• Maintain all online pick-up orders and more.
