Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to guide customers on their cannabis journey, educate on products, and support compliant purchases at the Florida location. The role emphasizes exceptional service, accuracy in cash handling, and adherence to state regulations while maintaining a clean, well-stocked workspace.

The position offers up to 25 hours weekly, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour plus potential tips, and reports to the General Manager within the Retail department.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old (or 18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation.
• Follow company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with state regulations.
