Job summary

Trulieve, a leading cannabis retailer, seeks a Part Time Dispensary Associate to guide customers on their cannabis journey, educate on products and effects, and ensure a positive, compliant purchase experience.

You will work with a friendly team, provide excellent service, and maintain accurate orders in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend availability is required. Pay is $14.25 per hour, with tips eligible and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with diverse customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Process patient orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
• Follow company policies and procedures and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
• Assist with online orders and delivery as needed.
