Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate in Cincinnati, OH to guide customers through their cannabis journey with product knowledge and excellent service. You will educate customers on products, process orders, and ensure smooth, compliant transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in CT/PA/WV).
• Prior experience in retail or customer service considered a plus.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people skills and clear communication in verbal and written form.
• Must work well without supervision and in a team.
• Must maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers about products and effects while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Process patient orders and assist with returns per policy.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workstation and adhere to policies.
• Coordinate with leadership to resolve customer issues and improve experience.
