Trulieve in Ohio is seeking a Dispensary Associate for a part-time role. You will guide customers on their cannabis journey, educate them on product benefits and potential effects, and ensure a smooth purchase experience compliant with state regulations.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to company policies, with a focus on providing an exceptional patient experience. This is a part-time, on-site position with potential for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum age of 21 (18 in CT, PA and WV) is required.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects while delivering excellent service.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Assist with returns in accordance with company policy.
• Work with leadership to resolve customer issues.
• Assist online orders processing, including deliveries, within 2 hours.
