Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate for a part-time role in Jacksonville, FL. You will guide customers through their cannabis purchases, educate on products, and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering exceptional service. The position requires a high school diploma, 21+ years old, and prior cash handling or retail experience.

Flexible hours with some weekend availability. The role reports to the General Manager within the Retail department.

Qualifications

• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18+ in CT, PA, WV).
• Retail and/or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people skills and clear communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate patients on cannabis products and effects.
• Guide customers through purchases per State regulations.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation and assist with returns.
• Process online and in-person orders in a timely manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
