Timber New Buffalo is seeking a Part-Time Cannabis Consultant (Budtender) to provide knowledgeable, friendly service in a regulated environment. You will manage guest IDs, merchandise products, assist with inventories, and maintain accurate records while delivering an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate has cannabis knowledge, is 21+, can work weekends/evenings, and thrives in a team-focused, detail-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check clearance.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail in a highly regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and build rapport.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries professionally.
• Process guest IDs and maintain records accurately.
• Operate POS and checkout cash transactions.
• Assist in audits, inventory and daily/weekly counting.
• Maintain dispensary cleanliness and product displays.
• Keep menus and signage updated with product info.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service.
