Job summary

NCMC Employment is seeking a Part-Time Driver to safely transport college students, faculty, and staff using college vehicles. The role requires travel across multiple locations from the Trenton, MO main campus, with hours varying by campus needs and activities.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, timely trip logs, professional conduct, and compliance with DOT regulations. Valid CDL/B endorsements and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle certifications (CDL, Class B or A with Passenger Endorsement).
• Experience driving is preferred.
• Air-Brake endorsement helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive college vehicles (owned or leased) on scheduled trips to destinations.
• Complete trip logs accurately.
• Work a variety of hours as needed based on college activities.
• Represent NCMC in a professional and courteous manner.
• Fuel vehicles upon return of each trip.
• Be subject to a drug screen and physical.
• Subject to DOT drug testing under 49 CFR Part 40.
