Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus community members while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of campus buildings, residence areas, parking facilities, walkways, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe campus activity, report suspicious behavior and safety concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional communication with campus representatives and Allied Universal leadership.
