Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate with campus personnel and responding agencies.
