Job summary

Southcentral KY Community & Technical College in Kentucky seeks a Security Officer to help maintain a safe environment for students, staff and visitors on-site at Southcentral Kentucky CTC. You will perform patrols, inspections and incident reporting to support a secure campus atmosphere.

The role is on-site, 16-24 hours per week, non-exempt, with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour. A high school diploma and five years' related security experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Five years' experience in security/police/fire/EMS/safety/military or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Patrols and safety inspections.
• Incident reporting and security escorts.
• Traffic control for VIP events.
• Camera monitoring and area crime monitoring.
• Medical response and parking enforcement.
• Lock and key issuance.
