Job summary

Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) is seeking a part-time Facility Services Operator to provide front-line call handling, incident logging, and work order dispatch across the GWCCA campus.

You will interact with internal and external customers, support event operations, and maintain professional communications in a fast-paced venue, while ensuring safe and efficient facilities operations during events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of high school education or GED.
• Minimum one year experience in a customer service position.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and related technology

Responsibilities

• Receive, log and dispatch work order calls promptly and effectively through the Campus Operations hotline.
• Perform as a point of information to the general public if/as needed.
• Maintain an organized and productive workflow in accordance with departmental standard.
