Oregon State University is seeking part-time Social Media Content Creators for University Relations and Marketing in Corvallis. You will help produce video and photo content for @OregonState, capturing authentic student life and coordinating with URM staff and fellow creators.

You will pitch ideas, create TikTok videos, Reels, and photos, and may work evenings or weekends. Proficiency with social platforms and basic editing is encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Comfortable being on camera.
• Collaborative and able to engage with students, staff and partners to tell stories.
• Willing to share personal student experiences.
• Experience using TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Experience creating TikTok/Reels or other short-form vertical videos; photo/video editing is a plus.
• Commitment to authentic, inclusive content that enhances OSU’s public image.

Aufgaben

• Produce engaging video content reflecting the OSU student experience.
• Attend weekly meetings to pitch ideas based on trends and events.
• Collaborate with URM and student creatives across studios and Student Affairs.
• Pitch content ideas informed by trends and events; assign production based on interests and availability.
• Work across campus to capture and produce content for central OSU social channels.
