Job summary

Living Hope Community Church in Doylestown, PA is seeking a part-time Campus Facility Coordinator to oversee repairs, maintenance, and vendor coordination for the campus. This role keeps the building safe, clean, and ready for ministry events each week.

You will manage work orders, track preventive maintenance, recruit volunteers, and collaborate with campus staff and leaders. The position offers flexible days and a 15-hour week, with opportunities to grow into larger campus roles.

Qualifications

• Experience with building maintenance, repairs, or facilities work.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and when to call a contractor.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage several projects at once.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and shared calendars.
• Good communication skills with staff, volunteers, and vendors.
• Able to recruit, lead, and encourage volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility repairs and projects
• Keep the facility work order and project spreadsheet current
• Manage work order requests with the Facility Team Leader: delegate tasks and coordinate projects
• Plan preventive maintenance to prevent big repairs
• Schedule and coordinate contractors and vendors for maintenance
• Collaborate with campus staff on visit times
• Share lists and best practices with other campuses
• Stay in contact with Campus Ministry Coordinator
• Walk building and grounds to spot safety and maintenance needs
• Follow events on the Planning Center calendar
• Lead the Facility Fresh Team
• Build a volunteer team to prep spaces for groups and events
• Coach the team to make a great first impression in our spaces
• Ensure spaces are ready for weekday and Sunday groups and events
