Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to drive and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift at least 30 pounds; climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide custodial services for college facilities.
• Assist with interior/exterior improvement activities.
• Support event setup and campus activities.
• Process work orders and schedule maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties to ensure campus operations.
