Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mops and sweeps floors, renovates and renews floor finishes, vacuums and cleans carpets.
• Cleans and services restrooms.
• Cleans and dusts furniture, fixtures, windows and related furnishings.
• Washes walls, partitions and glass objects; moves furniture and equipment.
• Sets up chairs, tables, platforms and other equipment for events.
• Reports items in need of repair and documents work activities.
• Adheres to OSHA safety standards and uses college software for maintenance tasks.
